This is our goofy shirt to commemorate our longest, and goofiest, student in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu - Elle!
She has been a dedicated student since she was 8 years old- back when we trained in the garage! She has been teaching our kids program for over a year, but will be graduating high school in 2022. Though she plans on being a student for another year or so with us, before moving on to new adventures, Elle will be stepping down as our kids instructor.
She loves the gi, and can be frequently heard quoting "Am I not turtle enough for your turtle club?" as she would hide her head inside the gi when anyone tried to collar choke her.
